Hibachi Xpress Food Truck
Hibachi Xpress Food Truck was born in 2011. Owner Ray Chow expanded his restaurant/catering business with the addition of a food truck to participate in different festivals and large gatherings. Initially, it was testing the waters of the hot food truck trend growing across the nation and expanding in the triangle area. Over the years, the popularity of the food truck continued to grow as more events were being attended and demand for the services increased. In 2014, the business shifted its focus towards the catering and food truck business and away from the brick and mortar stores.
Today, the Hibachi Xpress Food Truck is visiting private residences, neighborhoods, office parks, schools, hospitals, concert venues, corporate facilities, city festivals, food truck rodeos…anywhere there’s a need to feed a large group, on site! We bring Japanese hibachi-style cooking featuring rice, vegetables, steak, chicken, shrimp, tofu; along with a variety of fun and interesting appetizers…all prepared with our house teriyaki sauce or our famous white yum-yum sauce.
Hibachi Xpress Food Trucks are based out of Raleigh, NC; where we provide quality, fast Japanese cuisine – daily. However, we regularly travel to other areas such as Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Goldsboro, Fayetteville and other surround cities. We even participated in the 200 Food Truck Rodeo 2014 in Tampa, Fl and we set up shop at Myrtle Beach Bike Week in Myrtle Beach SC.
We believe, that the best part of food trucks is the flexibility to bring our restaurant to your site. We consider the size of the event and the travel distance. Contact Hibachi Xpress Food Trucks to answer any questions you may have or to book us for your next event.
Under new ownership, we strive to continue the service and quality that customers have come to rely on from the Hibachi Xpress Food Truck
